Much of the details of the Art Show are the same from last year:
Theme (suggested but not mandatory): ‘So Long, and Thanks For All the Fish’. Art will be on general display, so unsuitable artwork for an all-ages audience is highly discouraged.
Medium/s: Any, although it would be greatly appreciated you tell us if you need an AV display (or need a power point because you are bringing your own) or any other particular display requirements.
Judging Categories: Children (12 and Under), Open (Amateur), & Open (Semi-Pro).
Entry Fee: $5 per artwork for the Open (Amateur), & Open (Semi-Pro) categories. Children (12 and Under) is free.
Silent Auction: Artwork in the Open (Amateur), & Open (Semi-Pro) categories can be put up for sale by silent auction. If there are more than 5 bids, it will go to a regular auction at the close of the art show.
Drop off: Thursday afternoon of the Con. (Friday morning FIRST THING in special circumstances and organised in advance).
Pick up (if not for sale/ not sold): Preferably Sunday afternoon, at the close of the Art Show. Monday by arrangement.
